Chicago White Sox outfielder Braden Montgomery was promoted to Triple-A Charlotte on Sunday, according to Brooke Fletcher. The young stud outfielder is well deserving of a promotion after crushing the ball at Double-A. In 26 games, Montgomery is slashing .316/.430/.621 with six home runs, 22 RBI, and 20 walks. The former first-round pick from 2024 could be on the fast track to the South Side of Chicago. The White Sox could certainly use help in the outfield, so they might not be shy to call up Montgomery, assuming he continues this level of play at Triple-A. Fantasy managers in deep leagues should consider stashing Montgomery in case he does receive the call to The Show soon.--Andy Webb
