Saquon Barkley, RB, Eagles
Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley (stinger) was a full practice participant on Thursday and will not carry an injury designation into his team's Week 16 matchup against the Washington Commanders on Saturday. Barkley suffered a stinger in the Eagles' Week 15 win over the Las Vegas Raiders, but the injury will not result in missed time.
Across 14 games this season, the 28-year-old has recorded 1,213 yards from scrimmage and eight touchdowns on 277 touches. His average of 3.9 yards per carry is down nearly two full yards from the 5.8 yards per carry he averaged in his first season in Philadelphia in 2024. Still, Barkley has logged touchdowns in back-to-back games entering Week 16 and profiles as a must-start fantasy running back in a favorable matchup against Washington.
Dallas Goedert, TE, Eagles
For the second straight week, Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert made his fantasy managers smile. He caught six of his seven targets for a team-high 70 yards and two touchdowns in the 31-0 blowout win over the visiting Las Vegas Raiders in Week 15. The big performance comes less than a week after the 30-year-old veteran caught eight of 10 targets for 78 yards in Monday night's loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.
This was Goedert's third two-touchdown performance in 2025 and his first time finding the end zone since he had two TDs on Oct. 26 against the New York Giants. Both of his trips to paydirt against Vegas came on short goal-line shovel passes from quarterback Jalen Hurts. Like most TEs in the league, Goedert has had his moments of inconsistency, but he's trending up at the right time for fantasy managers, and he'll be a clear TE1 for a juicy Week 16 matchup versus the division-rival Commanders.

Terry McLaurin, WR, Commanders
Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin has scored a touchdown in two of three games since returning in Week 13 against the Denver Broncos. McLaurin hauled in a 51-yard catch-and-run touchdown in last week's win over the Giants for his longest play since Week 3 against the Raiders. The 30-year-old wideout leads the Commanders in targets (22), receptions (13), and yards (206) since returning, ranking as the WR14 in PPR points per game (15.2) in that span.
McLaurin draws a tougher matchup in Week 16 against a stingy Eagles secondary, but he's historically played well against the division rival, averaging 5.3 catches with 76.4 receiving yards and five touchdowns in 12 career games against them. McLaurin ranks as RotoBaller's WR19 in PPR leagues in Week 16.
Marcus Mariota, QB, Commanders
Washington Commanders quarterback Marcus Mariota has a tough matchup in Week 16 against his former team, the Philadelphia Eagles. Mariota will remain Washington's starter for the remainder of the regular season after the team shut down Jayden Daniels (elbow) after aggravating his elbow injury in Week 14. The 32-year-old signal-caller has been solid all season while filling in for Daniels, completing 62% of his passes for 1,600 yards, 10 touchdowns, and seven interceptions while adding 49 carries for 298 yards and a touchdown as a runner in 10 games (seven starts).
Mariota is averaging 18.4 fantasy points per game in his seven starts, which would be tied for QB11 on the season among quarterbacks with at least six games. Mariota profiles as a QB2 on Saturday against an Eagles defense that has allowed the 10th-fewest fantasy points per game to quarterbacks.

Note - Currently, Josh Jacobs (ankle/knee) is listed as questionable. He is not excused to play and is not included in the chart. Christian Watson (chest/shoulder) is questionable but was able to participate in the practice in a limited capacity on Thursday and is trending towards playing.

Jayden Reed, WR, Packers
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed (personal) put in a full practice on Thursday and is good to go for the Packers' Week 16 matchup against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field. Reed has seen his production climb over the last two weeks he's been active, and in Week 15 against the Denver Broncos, Reed led the team in targets (six), with five receptions for 55 yards. With Christian Watson (chest) questionable after two limited practice sessions, both Reed and Romeo Doubs could slide up in the pecking order for quarterback Jordan Love.
Reed has been targeted once on every five routes (21% targets per route run) in Weeks 14 and 15, and should see quite a bit of attention from Love in a game the Packers sorely need. Slot in Reed as a high-end flex for fantasy purposes in Week 16 against the Bears.
Emanuel Wilson, RB, Packers
Green Bay Packers running back Emanuel Wilson could have a significant impact in Week 16 when the Packers travel to Soldier Field to take on the Chicago Bears. Starting running back Josh Jacobs (knee/ankle) is listed as questionable on the team's final injury report heading into Saturday's divisional showdown. If Jacobs is out or limited, Wilson would likely have a massive role in line for Week 16.
The last time Wilson saw a full rushing workload was just a few weeks ago in Week 12, where Wilson had 28 carries for 107 yards and two rushing touchdowns against the Minnesota Vikings. Chicago allows the 13th-fewest fantasy points to the running back position, but Jacobs had 86 yards and a touchdown against the Bears in their last meeting. If Jacobs misses this game, Wilson is a locked-in RB2 against the Bears. If Jacobs is active, Wilson is more of a low-end RB3 fantasy option.

D'Andre Swift, RB, Bears
Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift (groin) popped up on the Week 16 injury report on Wednesday and is now listed as questionable to play in another big divisional game against the Green Bay Packers on Saturday night. Swift was limited on Wednesday and Thursday after not being listed at all on Tuesday. The 26-year-old should be on the right side of questionable this weekend, but if he ends up not playing, rookie Kyle Monangai would be a must-start, plug-and-play option for fantasy football managers against Green Bay.
If Swift does get the green light to play in Week 16, he'll be a more risky RB3/flex option and potentially give up valuable backfield touches to Monangai, who has been more involved in Chicago's backfield in the second half of the season. In the first game against the Packers on Dec. 7, Swift had 13 carries for 63 yards and caught three of his four targets for 19 yards. He's the RB13 on the year with 14.0 half-PPR points per game.
DJ Moore, WR, Bears
Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore is coming off a 69-yard, two-touchdown performance against the Browns that was good enough to make him a top-five fantasy wide receiver for the third time in the last seven weeks. The Bears now head into a Week 16 divisional matchup with the Packers, and with the rest of their receiving corps at less than full health, Moore could be in line for another impactful fantasy outing.
Neither Rome Odunze (foot) nor Luther Burden III (ankle) has been able to participate in the first two practices of the week and were ruled out, while Cole Kmet (ankle, knee) was limited both Monday and Tuesday. Moore had his worst outing of the season in Week 14 against this same Packers defense, finishing the game with negative receiving yardage, but he heads into the Saturday rematch as RotoBaller's WR 39 for the week and should rise higher if Odunze and Burden are unable to suit up.
