Fantasy Football Matchup Outlooks

Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 15:

Devin Neal, RB, New Orleans Saints

New Orleans Saints running back Devin Neal (abdomen) remained a limited participant in practice for the second consecutive day on Thursday. The rookie has handled an increased workload lately with Alvin Kamara (knee, ankle) sidelined and Kendre Miller (knee) on injured reserve. He's averaging 71.3 scrimmage yards as the starter and scored his first career touchdown last week.

Kamara is trending toward missing another game, leaving Neal in line to start against the Carolina Panthers, assuming he's healthy enough to play. At this rate, Neal has a decent chance to suit up in Week 15 as long as he logs a limited or full practice on Friday. If Neal is confirmed as active and Kamara is out, the rookie will rank as a mid-to-low RB2 in fantasy football.

Devaughn Vele, WR, New Orleans Saints

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Devaughn Vele should continue to see heavy utilization in the team's pass attack when they take on the visiting Carolina Panthers in Week 15. The second-year pro has materialized as a decent second option in New Orleans since ex-teammate Rashid Shaheed was moved to Seattle. In fact, Vele has been the Saints' leading receiver through the last two games, out-producing Chris Olave and matching his snap total in both contests.

While that isn't the most likely outcome moving forward, there's no doubt that the 27-year-old has built a solid rapport with rookie QB Tyler Shough, and he should continue to operate as the second or third option at worst in a Saints' offense desperate for playmakers. Vele is a better asset in PPR leagues.

Colston Loveland, TE, Chicago Bears

Considering he was the No. 10 overall pick in the 2025 draft, Chicago Bears rookie tight end Colston Loveland got off to a little bit of a slow start to his NFL career. However, the 21-year-old has started to emerge over the second half of the season. Across six games since Week 9, Loveland has recorded 24 receptions for 319 yards and four touchdowns on 31 targets.

While he continues to split reps with Bears tight end Cole Kmet, Loveland has established himself as the clear top receiving option at the position in Chicago. Over that same six-game stretch, Kmet has seen just 16 targets. Given his draft pedigree and his seemingly improving chemistry with Bears quarterback Caleb Williams, Loveland has significant upside over the season's final weeks. He profiles as a fringe fantasy TE1 in Week 15 against the Cleveland Browns.

Harold Fannin Jr., TE, Cleveland Browns

Cleveland Browns rookie tight end Harold Fannin Jr. was dominant in Week 14 against the Tennessee Titans, hauling in eight of his 11 targets for 114 yards and a touchdown. Fannin has now scored in back-to-back games and continues to look like a draft-day steal for the Browns. The rookie third-rounder leads Cleveland in all receiving categories this season, collecting 59 catches for 619 yards and four touchdowns on 85 targets, and ranks as the TE11 in PPR points per game (11.1).

Fannin has established a solid connection with fellow rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders in his three starts, with Fannin clearing 50 receiving yards for the first time since Week 8. The rookie tight end's fantasy value is on the rise, and he is firmly in the TE1 mix heading into Week 15 against the Chicago Bears.

Kyle Monangai, RB, Chicago Bears

Chicago Bears rookie running back Kyle Monangai has earned a sizable role in the team's backfield alongside D'Andre Swift. Monangai and Swift both have exactly 60 carries each over the past four games, with Monangai totaling 258 yards and three touchdowns and Swift having 293 yards and one touchdown. The duo's skill sets complement each other well in a Chicago running game that has proven to be one of the best in the league.

The rookie seventh-rounder ranks as the RB20 during that four-game span, averaging 12.3 PPR points per game. Monangai should continue to receive a healthy workload and touchdown opportunities in a strong Bears offense with head coach Ben Johnson pulling the strings. He profiles as a viable flex option in Week 15 against the Cleveland Browns.
