Who Should I Start for Fantasy Football Week 12? Jakobi Meyers, David Montgomery, Alvin Kamara, Tyjae Spears, Mack Hollins, Andrei Iosivas, Rhamondre Stevenson, Josh Downs, Cooper Kupp, Chuba Hubbard

New England Patriots wide receiver Mack Hollins has played well for the Patriots this season, catching 30 of 38 targets for 387 yards and two touchdowns in 11 games. Hollins is fourth on the team in total routes run (217) and has emerged as a reliable option for second-year quarterback Drake Maye. The 32-year-old has recorded 21 catches for 317 yards on 26 targets since Week 7.

His 317 yards lead the team over that span, and he's been highly efficient with his opportunities. His 12.19 yards per target ranks fourth among wide receivers with at least 75 routes during that stretch. Hollins' snaps could go down a tick with Kayshon Boutte (hamstring) expected to return in Week 12 against the Bengals. However, Hollins should still maintain a healthy route share and keep him on the radar in deeper formats.

Alvin Kamara, RB, Saints

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (ankle) is still dealing with an ankle issue coming out of the team's bye and was listed as a limited practice participant on Wednesday, according to Katherine Terrell of ESPN. Kamara has been a mainstay on the team's injury report ever since injuring his ankle in early October, but he hasn't missed any games.

The 30-year-old's status bears watching heading into a Week 12 game this Sunday against the division-rival Atlanta Falcons, but he should be able to suit up. Negative game script certainly hasn't helped Kamara's cause in 2025, as he's averaging a career-low 3.6 yards per tote on 128 rushing attempts for 460 yards and just one touchdown in 10 games.

The five-time Pro Bowler did have a season-high 22 carries for 83 yards on the ground in the Week 10 win over the Panthers, though. In a bad Saints offense, Kamara has become more of a high-end RB3/flex play.

Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell said he'd "always" like to get running back David Montgomery more carries, according to Eric Woodyard of ESPN. Montgomery does have double-digit rushing attempts in seven of 10 games this year, including in three of the last four games. But he was more of an afterthought in Sunday night's 16-9 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, carrying the ball only six times for 27 yards and catching his only target for 10 yards. The game script in Week 11 was not in the 28-year-old's favor, that's for sure.

Detroit should have a better game script this weekend on the road against the one-win Tennessee Titans, so fantasy managers will be banking on him getting more involved on the ground again. Backfield mate Jahmyr Gibbs is much more dynamic than Montgomery in both the run and pass game, which has made Monty more of a touchdown-dependent RB3/flex in fantasy in 2025.

New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson (toe) is reportedly targeting a return for the team's matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals after missing the last three weeks. Stevenson had started every game before his injury, managing 279 yards and three touchdowns on 83 attempts.

The emergence of rookie TreVeyon Henderson could limit the veteran's workload upon his return, but the team still expects to use the duo as a one-two punch. Fantasy owners should exercise caution with Stevenson, as Henderson is likely to garner the bulk of the work this week.
