Players to Target in Trades for Fantasy Football
Romeo Doubs, WR, Packers
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs has been the most consistent wide receiver target for the team this season and could be ready to take on more targets after the injury to Tucker Kraft (knee). Doubs led the Packers with seven catches for 91 yards on 10 targets in their ugly 16-13 loss to the Panthers last week. No other Green Bay pass catcher drew more than five targets.
The 25-year-old should continue to build on his already solid production and could elevate his numbers in Kraft's absence. Christian Watson's return will draw away some targets, but his presence helps stretch the field, creating more opportunities for Doubs and the offense. Doubs is ranked as RotoBaller's WR32 for Week 10.
Verdict: Top buy candidate as Doubs is posed to lead this team in targets for the remainder of the season with Kraft sidelined
DeVonta Smith, WR, Eagles
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith caught 15 of his 20 targets for 267 yards and a touchdown in the two games before the team's Week 9 bye. With fellow wideout A.J. Brown (hamstring) out in the Week 8 win over the New York Giants, Smith led the team in catches (six), targets (nine), and receiving yards (84). The 26-year-old is a must-start regardless in fantasy football lineups, even if Brown can return on Monday night against the Green Bay Packers.
But if Brown misses a second straight game, Smith will have WR1 upside in an Eagles passing game that was looking much better before the bye. Through the first nine weeks of the 2025 season, Smith has caught 44 passes for 588 yards and two touchdowns on 55 targets. Keep him locked into your starting lineups this week despite a challenging matchup on the road at Lambeau Field on Monday.
Verdict: Prime buy target following his bye week. Smith is emerging as the true WR1 of this offense
Jameson Williams, WR, Lions
Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams has spent most of the 2025 season looking like a fantasy bust, as he's recorded just 21 catches for 355 yards and three touchdowns on 36 targets across eight games. However, Williams has recorded at least six targets, 66 receiving yards, and a touchdown in two out of his last three outings. The 24-year-old remains the ultimate high-ceiling, low-floor player.
Sandwiched in between impressive outings in Week 6 and Week 9 is a zero-catch performance in Week 7. Still, Week 10 against the Washington Commanders looks like it could be a boom matchup for Williams. The Commanders are allowing the most yards per reception (13.1) in the NFL so far this season and will enter Week 10 with multiple key injuries in their secondary.
Williams profiles as a solid WR3 option for fantasy managers this week against Washington.
Verdict: Buy-high following breakout game. The Lions have expressed interest to continue to increase his workload

Players to Trade Away for Fantasy Football
Mark Andrews, TE, Ravens
Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews will attempt to string together another viable fantasy performance in Week 10's meeting with the hosting Minnesota Vikings. The return of quarterback Lamar Jackson boded well for the eighth-year pro last Thursday, as Andrews finished in the top five at his position for the first time since Week 3, and the second time this season.
While his volume was minimal (2/22/2), it was encouraging to see Baltimore's offense immediately get back on track. He should see more work in a more competitive game, and Minnesota presents as a beatable matchup -- yielding the twelfth-most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends (14.86). Either way, Andrews and the entire Ravens' offense are on the rise with the two-time MVP back calling signals.
Verdict: Sell-high after two-TD game. Andrews continues to see a low target share and is a TD-dependent play
Juwan Jennings, WR, 49ers
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings continues to rise, as he has clearly become the primary receiving target of quarterback Mac Jones. While Christian McCaffrey remains the bell-cow in this offense, Jennings has passed Kendrick Bourne as the primary downfield threat. Jennings has seen 19 targets over the past three weeks, to Bourne's eight.
This spike in usage suggests a healthier version of Jennings that we did not see early in the season. With his stock rising, those who held firm through his struggles early are being rewarded. Jennings should be considered a must-start as the team faces off with the Rams, who the 49ers defeated in Week 5 without Jennings on the field.
Verdict: Use the brief sell window as George Kittle's workload is increasing and Ricky Pearsall is approaching a return
Josh Downs, WR, Colts
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs has attracted interest from fantasy managers of late after scoring a touchdown in three straight games. In that span, along with his three scores, Downs has 15 receptions on 19 targets for 138 yards for the Colts. Indy has a crowded receiver room with Michael Pittman Jr., Alex Pierce, and rookie tight end Tyler Warren all demanding targets, but Downs has consistently attracted the eye of quarterback Daniel Jones.
In the last four games, the 24-year-old pass-catcher has had at least seven targets in three contests, and he's caught exactly six passes in three of those four games. He drew a season-high nine targets in last week's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers with the team down multiple scores for most of the day. The former third-rounder will be looking to score for a fourth straight week on Sunday in Germany against the Atlanta Falcons.
Verdict: Sell-high after strong stretch. He remains the No. 3 WR on the roster and will face tough target competition
