New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (ankle) is officially active for Sunday's Week 6 contest against the New England Patriots. He had been listed as questionable after being a limited participant in practice. The veteran running back has remained a productive ball carrier and pass catcher in his age-30 season, but we've started to see the Saints opt for somewhat of a split between him and Kendre Miller lately. Kamara's eight receptions over the last two games keep him in the high-end RB3/flex range for fantasy football, but he's no longer a top-tier workhorse. That is especially true against a Patriots defense that has allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points to running backs in 2025.--Andersen Pickard
