Quincy's NFL QB power rankings for Week 4 of the 2025 season. He ranks all 32 starting NFL quarterbacks before Week 4, from Josh Allen to Cam Ward.

Week 3 brought a mixed bag of quarterback play. Daniel Jones continues to fly high, and Josh Allen is as good as ever. However, Jake Browning was awful in place of Joe Burrow, and Russell Wilson turned into a pumpkin. It is what we can expect in any given week in the NFL.

Now that three weeks have passed, NFL teams are figuring each other out. This means that the best quarterbacks in the league should continue to perform at a high level as they review defensive film, while lesser quarterbacks will be more easily defended as their film is analyzed by defensive coordinators. The meat of the NFL season is around the corner, and the signal callers will need to be ready.

We will see our first quarterback replacement in Week 4 as Wilson has lost his job to Jaxson Dart. This is unlikely to be the last quarterback change of the season in the NFL, but it may be the most exciting, especially for Giants fans. With so much to look forward to in Week 4, let's dive in and see where each quarterback stands.

No. 32: Cameron Ward - Tennessee Titans

Cameron Ward was outmatched once again in Week 3. The game began with a pick-six tossed by Ward. Ward got somewhat back on track as the game went on, but the Titans were still beaten down by the Colts. Ward has had a difficult start to his career, but it has not been unlike other No. 1 overall quarterbacks in the NFL.

No. 31: Jaxson Dart - New York Giants

Dart is the newest quarterback to take over in New York. Dart has the full backing of the Giants' coaching staff, as he has been named the starter for the rest of the season. Perhaps he can provide the jolt this offense clearly needs.

No. 30: Justin Fields - New York Jets

With Justin Fields returning to practice, it seems like he may be able to play this week. He has delivered one good game and one bad game to this point in the season. However, Week 4 brings a fantastic matchup with the hapless Dolphins defense. Fields could bounce back in a big way.

No. 29: Joe Flacco - Cleveland Browns

Joe Flacco entered Week 3 with a reported short leash as the starter in Cleveland. However, the team's huge win over the Packers this week may have bought Flacco some time. The veteran has not exactly caused the Browns' offense to hum along, but he has done enough to keep the team afloat.

No. 28: Spencer Rattler - New Orleans Saints

Spencer Rattler played an up-and-down game on Sunday. While he has been solid to begin the season, this game was by far his worst of 2025 thus far. The Seahawks' defense was suffocating and made Rattler's life hard all day. Still, the Saints did a solid job of moving the ball down the field.

No. 27: Bryce Young - Carolina Panthers

Bryce Young and the Panthers delivered a surprisingly great performance against the Falcons in Week 3. The defense shut the Falcons out, and Carolina's offense seemed to click better than it has all season. Hopefully, Young can continue to ascend from this performance.

No. 26: Jake Browning - Cincinnati Bengals

Browning was downright terrible in Week 3. The Bengals were dominated all day by the Vikings' defense. The Bengals' offensive line is also perhaps the single most unwatchable unit in the league. We have seen Browning succeed in the past, but the offensive line threatens to temper Browning's success.

No. 25: Trevor Lawrence - Jacksonville Jaguars

Trevor Lawrence led the Jaguars to an ugly, low-scoring win against the Texans on Sunday. Lawrence has played well this season, albeit not at the elite level that many expect of him. Still, the Jaguars are earning wins, which is all anyone can really ask for.

No. 24: Michael Penix Jr. - Atlanta Falcons

Michael Penix Jr. had been slowly rising up this list with solid yet unspectacular showings this season. However, the catastrophe that was the Falcons' Week 3 blowout loss to the Panthers is tough to ignore. Penix needs to start figuring things out because the Falcons have a team ready to win now.

No. 23: Carson Wentz - Minnesota Vikings

Carson Wentz did not have to do much in Week 3 for the Vikings to secure a victory over the Bengals. The Vikings' defense showed up huge as the Bengals had no answers for Minnesota. Wentz played solid ball in his own right with 173 yards and two touchdowns.

No. 22: Drake Maye - New England Patriots

Drake Maye continues to look comfortable in the pocket, but the Patriots are not generating wins. Maye is delivering strikes to his receivers, especially tight end Hunter Henry. If the Patriots can find consistency around Maye, the wins will follow. He is clearly a high-end talent.

No. 21: Caleb Williams - Chicago Bears

Caleb Williams looked like the No. 1 overall pick that he is in Week 3. He was nearly flawless, with four touchdown passes and no turnovers. Everything began to click between Williams and new head coach Ben Johnson. Williams' progress in Week 3 will pay dividends for his confidence.

No. 20: C.J. Stroud - Houston Texans

C.J. Stroud has all the arm talent in the world, but he is leading a 0-3 Texans team with limited weapons and no offensive line. Stroud has struggled to make anything happen in this offense. He is not playing up to his standards, but he has not been awful either. Still, we know what he is capable of, and he needs to be better.

No. 19: Tua Tagovailoa - Miami Dolphins

Tua Tagovailoa is having a rough season. The Dolphins are flailing and will attempt to grab their first win of the season in Week 4. Tagovailoa played admirably in Week 3, but has been otherwise average this season.

No. 18: Geno Smith - Las Vegas Raiders

Geno Smith lit up the Commanders' secondary in Week 3, but the Raiders are still having trouble winning ball games. The defense and offensive line are not doing Smith any favors right now. A Jaylon Johnson-less Chicago secondary could be the remedy this team needs.

No. 17: Aaron Rodgers - Pittsburgh Steelers

Aaron Rodgers was able to lead the Steelers to a solid win over the Patriots in Week 3. Rodgers is quietly enjoying a solid start to the season with seven touchdown passes and just three interceptions. He just needs to be good enough for a solid Steelers roster.

No. 16: Kyler Murray - Arizona Cardinals

Kyler Murray continues to baffle Cardinals fans. He has all the talent in the world, yet he cannot seem to put it all together. Not to mention, Murray appears to have zero chemistry with top wideout Marvin Harrison Jr. The Cardinals may have a tough road ahead of them if Murray cannot play better.

No. 15: Bo Nix - Denver Broncos

Bo Nix has not been playing well in 2025. It is disappointing considering how great the second half of Nix's rookie season was. Nix is in a great situation, and things should improve this year. However, if he continues to play at the same level he has been through three games, we could be having a different conversation by year's end.

No. 14: Dak Prescott - Dallas Cowboys

Dak Prescott is in a tough situation with his top target, CeeDee Lamb, going down with a high-ankle sprain. Prescott still has wide receiver George Pickens and tight end Jake Ferguson at his disposal, but times will be tough without Lamb.

No. 13: Daniel Jones - Indianapolis Colts

Jones is officially on watch for a special resurgent season. Jones has six total touchdowns and zero turnovers thus far in 2025. He will draw his toughest test yet in Week 4 when the Colts play the Rams. That will provide a good indication as to whether Jones is for real this year.

No. 12: Brock Purdy - San Francisco 49ers

Brock Purdy is likely going to be back under center for the 49ers in Week 4. Purdy struggled in Week 1 against Seattle. The Seahawks' defense forced him to make several errant throws. He should have a much easier time in Week 4 against Jacksonville.

No. 11: Sam Darnold - Seattle Seahawks

Sam Darnold is beginning to look very comfortable in Seattle. His chemistry with his wide receivers is visibly growing right in front of our eyes. As long as he continues to play the way he has over the last couple of weeks, the Seahawks will have a fine season.

No. 10: Jordan Love - Green Bay Packers

Jordan Love and the Packers were completely shut down in Week 3 by what is turning out to be an elite Cleveland defense. Love threw a touchdown pass, but the offense could not do anything otherwise. Never fear, Packers fans, Love should bounce back in a big way in Week 4 against Dallas.

No. 9: Matthew Stafford - Los Angeles Rams

Matthew Stafford took a couple of scary hits in Week 3, but he continues to get back up and play hard. The Rams dropped a tough game to the Eagles in Week 3, but they held a 19-point lead at one point. They proved that they are right there with the best in the league, and they just need to close out games.

No. 8: Jayden Daniels - Washington Commanders

Jayden Daniels should be back in the lineup for the Commanders in Week 4. He watched his team secure a huge win over the Raiders without him in Week 3. Daniels has not played at an otherworldly level to start the year, but he has still been one of the better quarterbacks in the league.

No. 7: Baker Mayfield - Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Baker Mayfield continues to will the Buccaneers down the field for game-winning field goals. The grit that Mayfield constantly displays is impressive. As long as Mayfield is playing the way he is, the Buccaneers will have a chance to win every game.

No. 6: Jared Goff - Detroit Lions

Jared Goff was hardly needed in Week 3 as the Lions ran all over the Ravens. This tends to happen from time to time to a team that is so adept at running the football. It is what makes Goff and the Lions so good.

No. 5: Patrick Mahomes - Kansas City Chiefs

Patrick Mahomes was able to guide the Chiefs to their first win of the season. However, the first half of their Week 3 win over the Giants was a giant slog. The offense is still anemic. Mahomes should have wide receiver Xavier Worthy back in Week 4, but he needs Rashee Rice as well.

No. 4: Justin Herbert - Los Angeles Chargers

Justin Herbert continues to deliver excellence for the Chargers in 2025. He led the team on a go-ahead game-winning drive in Week 3 over the Broncos. With three wins over division rivals to begin the season, the Chargers are positioned very well in the AFC West. That is largely due to the play of Herbert.

No. 3: Jalen Hurts - Philadelphia Eagles

Jalen Hurts started slow in Week 3, but he and the Eagles woke up in the second half to secure a huge win over the Rams. The Eagles have now established themselves as the bona fide team to beat in the NFC after a couple of close games to begin the season.

No. 2: Lamar Jackson - Baltimore Ravens

Lamar Jackson and the Ravens dropped a tough game to the Lions in Week 3. Jackson has continued to play at an MVP-level this year, but the Ravens' issues around closing games have persisted into 2024.

No. 1: Josh Allen - Buffalo Bills

There is not much to say about Allen. He continues to dominate opposing defenses without any issues. Allen will look to continue his success in Week 4. If he continues to play like this, he may repeat as the league's MVP.
