Milwaukee Brewers right-hander Jacob Misiorowski (leg) faced hitters over three simulated innings and threw approximately 60 pitches on Saturday. Misiorowski said he felt great afterward and expects to come off the 15-day injured list when he's eligible on Aug. 15, according to the team. Misiorowski landed on the IL on Aug. 3 (retroactive to July 31) with a contusion in his left tibia, an injury that has temporarily interrupted an exhilarating start to his career. The 23-year-old flamethrower has logged 33 1/3 innings over seven starts and gone 4-1 with a 2.70 ERA, a .96 WHIP, and 47 strikeouts against 14 walks.--Connor Byrne
