Chicago White Sox infielder Miguel Vargas (oblique) was scratched from Saturday's starting lineup ahead of the Los Angeles Angels. He was slated to start at first base, but pulled out of the lineup due to an oblique issue. The expectation is that Vargas will undergo further testing to determine the severity of the injury. For now, fantasy managers should consider Vargas as day-to-day. Lenyn Sosa moved over to first base in place of Vargas. He could see a few more starts over at the cold corner if Vargas misses a few games.--Andy Webb
