NFL Power Rankings: Where Do All 32 Teams Stand During OTAs?

Jordan Love - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

NFL power rankings as teams enter OTAs. Who are the biggest risers and fallers in the NFL? What players are making noise on the field?

Jayden Daniels - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

2025 NFL Rankings: Where Do All 32 Teams Stand During OTAs?

NFL players are officially back on the field as voluntary workouts are now underway. With players suiting up and getting back into the swing of things, it is time to revisit the NFL power rankings. NFL power rankings can change based on the early performances of players and the injuries that inevitably begin to mount. Let’s dive in and see where each team stands as we enter the summer.

Chris Olave - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

No. 32: New Orleans Saints

The Saints suddenly find themselves with a serious quarterback problem due to the unexpected retirement of Derek Carr. With second-year quarterback Spencer Rattler and rookie Tyler Shough as the next men up, the Saints could find themselves having a tough season.

No. 31: Cleveland Browns

The Browns have made solid additions this offseason and are looking towards the post-Deshaun Watson future. This team is unlikely to be a playoff contender this season, but they should be improved. With a plethora of options in the quarterback room, the Browns are going to have every opportunity to address that position.

Calvin Ridley - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

No. 30: Tennessee Titans

If rookie quarterback Cam Ward is as good as advertised, the Titans could be a sneaky solid team this season. Head coach Brian Callahan found offensive success down the stretch of last season. He is a solid offensive mind and will look to carry that momentum into 2025.

Kevin Tompkins' Five Football League Winners

No. 29: Las Vegas Raiders

The Raiders have a lot going for them in 2025. They have a new quarterback in Geno Smith and have added to what was already solid offensive weaponry. The addition of Pete Carroll as their new head coach will bring stability to an organization that has been flailing for a half decade. They are in a tough division, but they should give teams a run for their money in 2025.

Brian Thomas Jr - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

No. 28: Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars have an opportunity to take a step forward in a weak AFC South. They have surrounded quarterback Trevor Lawrence with weapons and added head coach Liam Coen to the fold. Coen should elevate this offense the same way he took Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback, Baker Mayfield and co. to the next level in 2024.

Malik Nabers - Fantasy Football Rankings, WR, Waiver Wire, NFL DFS, Rookies

No. 27: New York Giants

The New York Giants have built a defense that is starting to resemble the great defenses of the 1980s. With such talent on that side of the ball, this team could be relatively competitive in 2025. They will also be improved on offense with Russell Wilson at quarterback. Their tough division will keep their record down but they should give their fans a product they can be more proud of.

Drake Maye - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

No. 26: New England Patriots

The Patriots have a chance to make some noise in a division that has no clear leader outside of the Buffalo Bills. That is not to suggest that the Patriots will win the AFC East, but they have put enough pieces in place to be far more competitive this season than they have been over the last couple of years.

No. 25: New York Jets

The Jets are entering a brand new era and will hope to finally get things right with new head coach Aaron Glenn. Quarterback Justin Fields is in a position to prove himself as an NFL quarterback. If he can lead the Jets to some wins, the future could be bright in the big apple.

Bryce Young - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

No. 24: Carolina Panthers

The Panthers find themselves in an up and coming yet unproven division. Third-year quarterback Bryce Young displayed substantial improvements in 2024. If he can carry that momentum into 2025, this team could realistically push for a division title. Additionally, the team seemed to nail the NFL Draft. There could be a solid season on the horizon.

Michael Pittman Jr. - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

No. 23: Indianapolis Colts

The Indianapolis Colts had an underwhelming draft outside of drafting tight end Tyler Warren. Additionally, it is too early to tell how quarterbacks Anthony Richardson and Daniel Jones are faring in their competition. With so much riding on the quarterback position, Colts fans would like to hear some news.

Caleb Williams - Fantasy Football Rankings, QB, NFL Rookies, Draft Sleepers

No. 22: Chicago Bears

There is a lot of noise surrounding young quarterback Caleb Williams right now. After recent news came out about a less than ideal draft process in 2024, Williams has to prove he was worthy of the No. 1 selection. Of course, the Bears have done everything in their power to support him. The next couple of months will be interesting to keep track of.

No. 21: Pittsburgh Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers continue to wait on an answer from free agent quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Still, we know that this team is going to find a way to win more than half of their games. Current starting quarterback Mason Rudolph is arguably better than Aaron Rodgers at this point in their careers anyways.

Michael Penix Jr. - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

No. 20: Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons are in the middle of a serious ascension on paper. Quarterback Michael Penix Jr. had a solid end to his rookie season last year and the team bolstered their defense in the NFL Draft. With so many solid pieces in place, the Falcons could take away the strangle hold the Buccaneers have had on the division for years.

Kyler Murray - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL DFS Picks

No. 19: Arizona Cardinals

The Cardinals are in a make or break year for the current regime. They need quarterback Kyler Murray to perform like an elite option at the position. If he does, this team has enough pieces in place to be competitive in the NFC West. They did finish 2024 with the highest positive point differential in the division after all.

CeeDee Lamb - Fantasy Football Rankings, DFS and Betting Picks, NFL Injury News

No. 18: Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys continue their delusion of being a highly competitive team in the NFC. Linebacker Micah Parsons remains un-extended and the team does not have a high-end option at running back. On the bright side, this offensive line could end up being one of the best in the league and they did add wide receiver George Pickens via trade.

No. 17: Houston Texans

The Texans still have not addressed their offensive line issues in an appreciable manner. Perhaps the unit they currently have in place will grow together and keep quarterback C.J. Stroud upright. If not, this could be a massive failure of a season.

Tyreek Hill - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

No. 16: Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins are hoping to bounce back after a down season in 2024. Injuries to quarterback Tua Tagovailoa doomed the team. Head coach Mike McDaniel is likely on thin ice and will need to win this year.

Brock Purdy - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

No. 15: San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers have officially signed quarterback Brock Purdy and he will have a chance to prove himself worthy of the contract. He has played like a top-tier quarterback to this point in his career, but he has always had a quality supporting cast around him. Purdy struggled at times in 2024 as injuries plagued his teammates so we will find out what he is truly made of in 2025.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL DFS Picks

No. 14: Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks do not have much support from Vegas odds but this is a roster that could make some noise in 2025. The team had a quality draft and plugged several holes during free agency. All accounts from OTAs suggest that the team is starting to roll.

Baker Mayfield - Fantasy Football Rankings, Waiver Wire Pickups, Draft Sleepers

No. 13: Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Bucs are the reigning champions in the NFC South but they will have some competition from Carolina and Atlanta this season. The team made improvements through their offseason moves, but not enough to significantly separate themselves from the rest of the division. This team should be looking over its shoulder.

Bo Nix - Fantasy Football Rankings, QB, NFL Rookies, Draft Sleepers

No. 12: Denver Broncos

The Broncos will return a great defense and continue building a solid offense in 2025. This is an exciting young team that should be the Chiefs on notice in the AFC West.

Justin Herbert - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

No. 11: Los Angeles Chargers

Year 2 of the Jim Harbaugh-era in Los Angeles could be special. Harbaugh has a track record of winning, and winning quickly everywhere he coaches. Like the Broncos, the Chargers should put the Chiefs on notice in the division.

Joe Burrow - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS and Betting Picks

No. 10: Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals had a solid offseason in terms of retaining players such as Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. However, pass rusher Trey Hendrickson remains unsigned. The team will go as far as Joe Burrow‘s arm will propel them.

matthew stafford fantasy football rankings news NFL

No. 9: Los Angeles Rams

The Rams are still in pole position in the NFC West but they will feel resistance from the Seahawks and the 49ers. However, this team was a few plays away from making a run at the Super Bowl in 2024 and they only improved. As long as Matthew Stafford is slinging the rock, the Rams will have a chance to succeed at a high level.

Jordan Love - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

No. 8: Green Bay Packers

The Packers did not post the best metrics as a team in 2024, yet they managed to sneak into the playoffs with 11 wins. If they can eliminate some of the injuries that plagued them a year ago, this team could make some serious noise and put pressure on the Lions in the division.

J.J. McCarthy - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Draft Sleepers

No. 7: Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings are prepared to go as far as young quarterback J.J. McCarthy can take them. McCarthy is talented, and given that every quarterback the Vikings roll out under head coach Kevin O’Connell seems to succeed, he should be fine. This should be a scary team in 2025. Perhaps even scarier than they were in 2024 with Sam Darnold under center.

Jayden Daniels - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

No. 6: Washington Commanders

The Commanders are riding high from their appearance in the NFC Championship Game in 2024. Frankly, the Commanders beat themselves so bad in the first half of that game that the Eagles hardly had to do anything to win the game. This team will have a target on its back moving forward but quarterback Jaden Daniels seems to be up to the challenge.

Detroit Lions Defense, Aidan Hutchinson - Fantasy Football DST Rankings, Streamers, IDP Sleepers

No. 5: Detroit Lions

The Lions sound confident in their ability to continue their success despite the loss of both their offensive and defensive coordinators. With all of their high-end talent still in place, they should be able to replicate their 2024 season. Additionally, prolific pass rusher Aidan Hutchinson will be returning from injury this season.

josh allen fantasy football rankings NFL injury news DFS lineup picks

No. 4: Buffalo Bills

New Bills pass rusher Joey Bosa is already dealing with an injury which knocks them down a spot in the power rankings. Given Bosa’s injury history, it does not bode well that he is already having issues. The team will need Bosa to remain healthy if they want to take over the AFC from Kansas City.

Lamar Jackson - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

No. 3: Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens returned the bulk of their star players and are well positioned to make another deep run in the AFC. The conference is crowded, but quarterback Lamar Jackson has been knocking on the door for long enough.

Patrick Mahomes - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

No. 2: Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs always find ways to plug holes and fix problems on their team. The 2025 offseason has been no different and the team seems poised to make a run at a fourth-straight Super Bowl appearance. This team is inevitable with quarterback Patrick Mahomes and head coach Andy Reid.

Jalen Hurts - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, Draft Sleepers

No. 1: Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles have done such a good job drafting players in recent seasons that they will be at the top of their game for years to come. Most of their starting defense was drafted by the team over the last few seasons which is relatively unheard of. The birds are going to be as prolific as ever in 2025.
