Mid-Week Waiver Wire Rankings - Fantasy Baseball Pickups Include Jordan Lawlar, Dalton Rushing, Brett Baty, Zebby Matthews, Shelby Miller, Evan Carter

Brett Baty - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, MLB Prospects, Draft Sleepers, Wavier Wire Pickups

Mid-week fantasy baseball waiver wire rankings for Week 7 (2025). Free-agent hitters and pitchers to add include Jordan Lawlar, Dalton Rushing, Brett Baty, Zebby Matthews, Shelby Miller.

We are a quarter into the MLB season, and it's time to focus on the waiver wire for players who can instantly boost your team. There were a few top prospects called up and trending players who are becoming must-adds. Which player/prospect do you prioritize? At RotoBaller HQ, we rank who to prioritize in free agency with our mid-week waiver rankings for Week 7-- May 12  through May 18 to help fantasy managers in leagues that allow daily moves. This edition of waiver wire rankings features Jordan Lawlar, Dalton Rushing, Brett Baty, Zebby Matthews, and Shelby Miller.

There are key performances, prospect promotions, and injuries to watch for this week. New York Mets infielder Brett Baty continues to heat up and has homered four times over his last seven games. The Diamondbacks promoted top infield prospect Jordan Lawlar on Monday, while the Dodgers called up top catcher/outfield prospect Dalton Rushing. Some key injuries include Dodgers pitcher Roki Sasaki, who was placed on the 15-day injured list with a right shoulder impingement.

For anyone unfamiliar, we release all sorts of fantasy baseball waiver wire articles every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. As part of that, Nick Mariano releases our waiver wire rankings list on Sundays to help you prioritize which players to target as free-agent adds off waivers. Stay on top of our weekly waiver wire rankings and turn on MLB news alerts to stay ahead of the curve. Once you're done here, check out our fantasy baseball prospects articles for the latest names to stash and pick up.

Fantasy Baseball Waiver Wire Pickups List

Since many fantasy baseball leagues have daily waiver-wire moves or multiple waiver-wire runs per week for adding players, this mid-week rankings list should help you keep track of players emerging in the middle of the week before we reach Sunday. This article will guide you through our weekly ranking of the relevant waiver-wire pickup options, including how to prioritize them for your league (depending on the league size).
