Andrew Benintendi Remains Sidelined On Tuesday
Andrew Benintendi (calf) remains out of the starting nine on Tuesday. Benintendi was also held out of action on Monday due to calf tightness. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status leading up to Wednesday's game. The 30-year-old exited Sunday's contest early due to this injury. This evening, the White Sox will give Brooks Baldwin the starting nod in left field, and he will bat in the seven-hole. Before his injury, Benintendi held a modest .224/.298/.400 slash line with five home runs across his first 24 games of the regular season. Under the hood, the 30-year-old generated a weak .219 xBA but showed a strong eye at the plate, as he only struck out at a 17.9 percent rate. When healthy, he should continue to have an everyday role in left field. This evening, Baldwin is best to fade in DFS facing Kansas City right-hander Seth Lugo.
