C.J. Kayfus Goes Deep In Triple-A Debut
C.J. Kayfus went 2-for-5 with a long ball during his Triple-A debut on Wednesday. Kayfus enjoyed a strong start to the season at Double-A and was rewarded with an early promotion. Kayfus has already carried his momentum to the top level of the minor leagues. Across 18 games at Double-A earlier this season, the No. 8-ranked prospect in the system posted a stellar .364/.475/.591 slash line with four doubles, four triples, one home run, and two stolen bases. Last summer, Kayfus spent most of his time with Double-A, where he held a .263/.366/.470 line with 10 home runs across 67 contests. Fantasy managers should continue to keep a close eye on Kayfus' production at Triple-A as he could be in the mix for his MLB debut in the coming months.
