CBB DFS: DraftKings Daily Fantasy College Basketball Picks - Today's Top Lineups (3/22/25)

Braden Smith - NCAAB DFS Picks, College Basketball Rankings

Today's DraftKings CBB DFS lineup picks for 3/22/25. Mike M's top daily fantasy college basketball sleepers to build winning NCAA DFS lineups on DraftKings.

The field just went from 64 to 32 in the span of 48 hours. I've watched all 32 games and I'm ready to get on with the next round of DFS. All 16 of the top seeds advanced in the first round. That was the first time since 2017 that has happened. We had a few minor upsets. Is today the day when this tournament really starts getting weird?

We're down to eight games with more sturdy competition around the corner. The Creighton/Auburn game really stands out. Where are the other good spots? Let's check it out!

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks on DraftKings for 3/22/25, starting at 12:10 p.m. EDT. I’ll give multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower levels. Good luck, RotoBallers.

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

RJ Luis Jr., St. John's ($9K)

Luis put on a show in the first round against Omaha, but it is worth noting that the Mavericks had the second-worst three-point shooting percentage against in the 68-team field. Arkansas is much better at defending the perimeter. Luis will have to go back to getting his points how he did the rest of the season: with great defense.

Steven Ashworth, Creighton ($7.9K)

This is a terrible matchup for Ryan Kalkbrenner, so I feel the Creighton offense must explore other avenues. Ashworth is one of the best shooters in the country when he's on. He looked good in the opener against Louisville and hasn't made fewer than two three-pointers in a game since February 11.

John Blackwell, Wisconsin ($7.2K)

Wisconsin and BYU are similar teams. The BYU guards have defended the perimeter well, but I feel that's more of a detriment to John Tonje than Blackwell. Tonje is a better pure shooter, but Blackwell has more to his offensive game. He'll take it inside where Tonje usually won't.

Boogie Fland, Arkansas ($5.2K)

The Razorbacks took it easy with Fland even in a close game. They learned to trust Johnell Davis and D.J. Wagner with Fland out. Fland only played 24 minutes. His shot was a bit rusty, but his skills as a creator weren't. There is a lot of talent here and Fland still comes at a major discount. He was $9.3K when he got hurt.

Also consider: Braden Smith, Purdue ($9.7K); Zakai Zeigler, Tennessee ($8.2K); Wade Taylor IV, Texas A&M ($7.6K); Tre Donaldson, Michigan ($6.7K); D.J. Wagner, Arkansas ($5.9K); Quadir Copeland, McNeese ($5.6K); Tahaad Pettiford, Auburn ($5.1K); Brandon Murray, McNeese ($4.4K)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

JT Toppin, Texas Tech ($9.8K)

Toppin was efficient against Wilmington. He didn't assert his dominance because he didn't need to. Drake is capable of shutting down the Tech guards. If the Red Raiders are to advance, they're going to need Toppin to control the game on the inside. The offense needs to run through Toppin tonight.

Jamiya Neal, Creighton ($8.1K)

The Bluejays hit a rough patch in January after Pop Isaacs went down. They spent the rest of the last two months figuring it out. I would say that it's figured out now. Neal has been an absolute beast for Creighton in the postseason. He has 150.5 DraftKings points in the four games after the regular season ended.

The matchup between Neal and Chad Baker-Mazara is going to be almost as great as the one between Kalkbrenner and Johni Broome (which is why I'm avoiding both). Neal's 56.5 DK points in the first round were his best total of the season.

Andersson Garcia, Texas A&M ($6K)

They call this guy the "Dominican Rodman" for a reason. Garcia is a monster on the glass. He's a great defender and can score a little bit too. The Aggies are undersized up front. Garcia against Michigan's twin towers of Danny Wolf and Vladislav Goldin is going to be fun to watch. I expect Garcia to play larger than his 6-foot-7 frame.

Jasen Green, Creighton ($4.7K)

DraftKings still hasn't gotten the memo on Green. He has 76.5 DraftKings points over the last three games. He is Creighton's missing link. Green is still an outstanding bargain at this price despite the matchup.

Also consider: Trey Kaufman-Renn, Purdue ($9.1K); Zuby Ejiofor, St. John's ($8.4K); Jonas Aidoo, Arkansas ($6.8K); Christian Shumate, McNeese ($6.3K); Keba Keita, BYU($5.9K); Pharrel Payne, Texas A&M ($5.5K); Braden Huff, Gonzaga ($5.3K); Cam Manyawu, Drake ($4.8K)
