Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Seth Jones (foot) is expected to miss four weeks of action. Jones injured his right foot when he blocked a shot in a game against Seattle last week. He will sit out a third consecutive contest on Thursday versus Florida. The multi-time All-Star is a big contributor at both ends of the ice, and Chicago has struggled without him, losing back-to-back games with a combined score of 7-3. Nolan Allan has jumped back into action during Jones' absence, while Alex Vlasic led the Blackhawks blue-liners with 26:34 of ice time in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to Anaheim.
