CBB DFS: DraftKings Daily Fantasy College Basketball Picks - Today's Top Lineups (11/19/24)

Braden Smith - NCAAB DFS Picks, College Basketball Rankings

Today's DraftKings CBB DFS lineup picks for 11/19/24. Mike M's top daily fantasy college basketball sleepers to build winning NCAA DFS lineups on DraftKings.

We have a strong nine-game slate tonight with a couple of big matchups. We also have several impending blowouts, which can be tricky in DFS. Will that high-priced player be the one who does the damage to make it a blowout, or will he not go as hard as usual to keep himself fresh?

We start with Lipscomb in Rupp to take on Kentucky. Evansville heads to Columbus to take on the Buckeyes. Cincinnati heads across the Ohio River to take on Northern Kentucky. Florida A&M heads to Gainesville to take on the Gators. Hofstra is also down in Florida taking on the Seminoles. East Texas A&M is in Storrs taking on UConn. Next, we have Wilmington in the Phog in Lawrence. We close with a ranked match in Milwaukee between Purdue and Marquette.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks on DraftKings on 11/19/24, starting at 7 p.m. EST. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower levels. Good luck, RotoBallers.

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Braden Smith, Purdue ($10.4K)

Smith has topped 40 DraftKings points in three of the four games so far. He missed the mark against Northern Kentucky in 32 minutes, but he even topped that mark against Alabama in a game in which he only made 6-of-18 shots. The assists make Smith worth the price. Purdue is going to need him to hang with Marquette, making Smith a sound investment.

Jizzle James, Cincinnati ($8K)

He's the son of an NFL legend (Edgerrin James) who is paving his way in a different sport. The sophomore has started five straight games dating back to last year's NIT. He is averaging 18.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 4.4 assists in those starts. James is a strong play for as long as Day Day Thomas is out.

Solo Ball, Connecticut ($6K)

Ball won the starting job over Hassan Diarra and has hit the ground running. Ball has 42 points, nine rebounds, nine assists, and five steals in 74 minutes of court time. UConn isn't going to be tested here either, so expect around 20-25 minutes from Ball. He should still put up good stats in that time.

John Mobley Jr., Ohio State ($5K)

The freshman put up 14 points in 13 minutes in the win over Texas to open the season. The Buckeyes have given him more minutes in the two games since, but Mobley hasn't cooled off. He scored 16 in 23 minutes against Youngstown State and 13 in 19 minutes against Texas A&M.

Mobley is scoring-dependent, but he has proven to be a really good shooter even against good teams. I'm using him again in a much easier matchup.

Also consider: Kam Jones, Marquette ($9.5K); Jamir Watkins, Florida State ($8.7K); Otega Oweh, Kentucky ($7.4K); Cruz Davis, Hofstra ($6.8K); Cam Haffner, Evansville ($6.2K); Koby Brea, Kentucky ($5.7K); Kerr Kriisa, Kentucky ($4.8K)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Alex Karaban, Connecticut ($9K)

Karaban played in the shadow of Donovan Clingan on the championship team last year, but now the frontcourt is his. Karaban has responded with 11 blocks in three games. Not only that, but he's still an elite and efficient scorer. We could see a monster season from Karaban.

His numbers might suffer in the blowout, but he put up 53.5 DraftKings points in just 31 minutes in the opener. The ceiling is still there.

Tarris Reed Jr., Connecticut ($7.1K)

This Michigan transfer has been a monster for UConn lately. He has two double-doubles in three games despite not playing more than 22 minutes in any of them. Reed has only missed four of his 17 shot attempts on the season and has excelled at getting to the line. UConn could have something special with Reed.

Dillon Mitchell, Cincinnati ($6.6K)

The Texas transfer didn't see a ton of court time in Austin, but he has taken over the Cincinnati frontcourt already. Mitchell has 36 points and 26 rebounds in 72 minutes so far this year.

This should be another easy win for Cincinnati, but Mitchell has played 24 minutes in each of the first three games. That should be what he gets tonight. The numbers have been good enough so far. There's no reason to think that won't continue.

Camden Heide, Purdue ($4.2K)

Heide has been a force on the boards and can make a shot when he gets one. He's an afterthought on offense, but his work in the glass gives him a solid floor for a value play. His most meaningful minutes have come in the two close games for Purdue. I like him at this price.

Also consider: Hunter Dickinson, Kansas ($10.5K); Trey Kaufman-Renn, Purdue ($8.5K); Alex Condon, Florida ($7.2K); Aziz Bandaogo, Cincinnati ($6.2K); Gabriel Pozzato, Evansville ($6K); Rueben Chinyelu, Florida ($5K); Dylan Faulkner, Lipscomb ($4.4K)
