BALLER MOVE: Start in 10+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR14
ANALYSIS: New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson has been a frustrating nightmare for fantasy players. The former Ohio State star is a top-10 wide receiver based on talent. However, he has always struggled in fantasy football because of poor quarterback play. Thankfully, the superstar is finally getting to play with Aaron Rodgers.
Last week, Wilson had five receptions on nine targets for 33 receiving yards against the New England Patriots, scoring 11.8 half-point PPR fantasy points. However, his fantasy performance was saved by a short-yardage touchdown in the third quarter, accounting for 56.8% of his fantasy production against the New England Patriots.

While the RotoBaller rankings have Wilson as a top-15 wide receiver this week, I disagree with that take. He faces Patrick Surtain II and a Denver Broncos secondary that has held wide receivers to only 14.7 fantasy points per game, the second-fewest in the NFL. Furthermore, they have made No. 1 wide receivers disappear.
Fantasy players should avoid starting Wilson this week if they have a suitable replacement option on their bench.
