Luke Musgrave fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 1 (2024). Should you start or sit Luke Musgrave for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in Tight End Premium Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: TE2
ANALYSIS: Green Bay Packers tight end Luke Musgrave was putting together a solid rookie season in 2023 before suffering a lacerated kidney in Week 11. That kidney injury caused the young playmaker to miss six games, but before his extended absence, he was a low-end TE1 in deeper formats. He finished as a top-15 tight end in five of his first 10 games.
There really should be more hype around year-2 Luke Musgrave.

Now, a year-two breakout could be in store for Musgrave in 2024. However, he's too hard to trust in Week 1 of the fantasy season against the Philadelphia Eagles. No one really knows how the Packers will rotate their tight ends this season, as Tucker Kraft also showed a ton of promise in his rookie campaign.
So, fewer opportunities could come Musgrave's way in Week 1. That's why fantasy managers should only be starting the 24-year-old in tight-end premium leagues this week.
