Toronto Maple Leafs forward Calle Jarnkrok suffered an upper-body injury in Thursday's win over Philadelphia and is expected to miss time. "It looks like he's going to miss some time, but we're not going to know the extent fully until we get back home," said Maple Leafs head coach Sheldon Keefe after Thursday's game. Toronto closed out a three-game road trip on Thursday and will host Carolina on Saturday night. Jarnkrok has been a very good asset for the Maple Leafs, recording 21 points (10 goals, 11 assists) in 52 games while putting in work throughout the lineup. He started off on the first line versus Philadelphia. With Mitchell Marner (lower body) also missing, multiple top-six positions have opened in Toronto, giving lesser-used players a chance to step up.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
