Zay Jones Stays Limited Thursday

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones (hamstring, knee) was limited in practice for the second straight day on Thursday. Jones missed the Week 16 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers due to a hamstring injury he suffered the week prior, but he could have a chance to return for a must-win game this Sunday against the Carolina Panthers at home. For what it's worth, the Jaguars are optimistic that the 28-year-old will be able to play in Week 17. In three games since Christian Kirk (core) went down with a season-ending injury, Jones has seen more involvement in the passing game, catching 15 of 30 targets for 166 yards and no touchdowns. He's going to need to be more efficient with his opportunities, but Jones will at least be in consideration for a flex spot in deeper fantasy leagues this weekend if he returns to action, although only if quarterback Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) plays as well.
