Columbus Blue Jackets right wing Kirill Marchenko tallied his second career hat trick with only four shots on goal in Tuesday's 9-4 win over Buffalo. He scored a natural hat trick in the space of nine minutes, starting the damage with a power-play goal late in the first period. His second and third goals came in an 18-second span, marking the fastest two goals scored by one player in Blue Jackets history. Marchenko has been a regular on the score sheet lately and sits tied for the team lead with 13 markers. Having added eight assists across 31 outings, the 23-year-old also finds himself as Columbus' most prolific forward with 21 points. Eight of his points have come in nine December appearances.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
