Seattle Kraken forward Jaden Schwartz suffered an undisclosed injury in Thursday's 7-4 win over Carolina, exiting the game after logging 9:42 of ice time. He scored his second goal of the campaign with a power-play marker before the exit and had three shots and three blocks. He sustained his injury with one of his blocks. It's not yet clear how severe Schwartz's injury is, but he tried to play through in the third period by taking one shift, which is a sign that the veteran isn't too badly hurt. Schwartz has had a true Jekyll and Hyde start to the season on Seattle's second line, scoring in two contests but amassing a minus-six rating with no additional points across his three other appearances.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
