Isaac Paredes Pulled From Saturday's Game
Isaac Paredes (hand) has been removed early from Saturday's game against the Seattle Mariners. The 24-year-old was taken out of the contest after getting hit in the hand by a pitch in the fifth inning. Paredes has experienced some tough luck this season as he has been hit a league-leading 20 times so far. The expectation is that Paredes will undergo further testing to determine the severity of the issue. Oslevis Basabe took over at third base on Saturday and could see more playing time if Paredes is forced to miss more games.
