Montreal Canadiens right wing Josh Anderson suffered a lower-body injury late in Tuesday's contest against Tampa Bay. He was hurt when Tampa's defenseman Mikhail Sergachev pushed him into the empty net. The team announced that Anderson will undergo further tests on Wednesday and won't be among the traveling party for Thursday's visit to Boston. The 28-year-old has had a decent campaign on a bad team with 21 goals, 32 points and 139 hits in 69 outings. He's been skating on the second line with some very good results lately, as Anderson entered Tuesday's action having averaged a point per game across his previous six appearances.
