Montreal Canadiens forward Jake Evans (lower body) was ruled out for 8-10 weeks on Wednesday. He has already been unavailable for a couple of games and now we know that Evans won't return to action any time soon. The 26-year-old is forced to pause his season after recording two goals and 11 points in 43 games. Evans has been a non-factor in fantasy hockey, but the Canadiens could've really used him right now after seeing multiple forwards drop out of the lineup with injuries. All the injuries have pushed Jesse Ylonen to the top line, and veterans Mike Hoffman and Evgenii Dadonov look set to figure more prominently in the upcoming weeks.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
