Detroit Red Wings defenseman Filip Hronek registered two assists as the team took a 3-2 home loss Friday against Florida. He helped Jonatan Berggren to grab the opening goal just 1:04 into the game, but Florida struck back with three unanswered goals, and it wasn't until 16:17 in the third period when Detroit scored again, this time via Robby Fabbri. Hronek was actively searching for a goal as well, recording five shots on the net in 23:32 of ice time. He also had two hits in the contest. Hronek's scoring pace has dropped significantly in recent weeks, but he's still enjoying a good season with 28 points tallied across 37 appearances. He has also been a busy man on the defensive side of things, recording 63 hits and 27 blocks. --Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
