San Jose Sharks goaltender James Reimer (lower body) will remain unavailable Wednesday versus the Canucks. He hasn't yet featured at all this month, but there appears to be light at the end of the tunnel, with Sharks beat writer Curtis Pashelka reporting that Reimer is hoping to return this Friday against Anaheim or next Tuesday in a matchup versus Arizona. The veteran has posted a 5-8-2 record this season with a 3.00 goals-against average, a .903 save percentage and one shutout. Kaapo Kahkonen has gone 1-1-1 in Reimer's absence and Aaron Dell lost both of his starts when the team brought him up from the minors for a short stint. Kahkonen will start again Wednesday, with Eetu Makiniemi dressing as his backup.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
