Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Julio Jones (knee) was a full participant during Thursday's practice. This is great news after Jones sat out on Wednesday, but it seems like that was likely just a rest day. It sounds like the 33-year-old is going to be out there for Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams. He'll operate as the third receiver behind Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. Fantasy managers should consider Jones a WR4 for this upcoming Week 9 matchup.--Andy Webb
