Barring A Setback, Jaylen Waddle Will Play In Week 5
Jaylen Waddle (groin) will play in Week 5 against the Jets, barring a setback, according to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter. While there was a chance the wideout would miss this one after logging two-straight limited practices during the week, he didn't appear to be in any real danger of sitting out on Sunday. Tyreek Hill (quadriceps) is also forecasted to be in the lineup, so that's even better news. However, Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) won't play, forcing Waddle to catch throws from Teddy Bridgewater. But the veteran is a capable signal-caller, so Waddle should remain in all starting lineups.
