Chicago Bears wide receiver Velus Jones Jr. (hamstring) is officially inactive for Week 1 versus the San Francisco 49ers. The rookie did not practice at all this week and, as a result, was listed as doubtful heading into the weekend. His absence should lead to a bump in target for Equanimeous St. Brown and Byron Pringle, but it's worth noting that heavy rain and wet field conditions in Chicago could prompt the Bears to focus on a more run-heavy approach.--Andersen Pickard
