Daniel Suarez got to the final round of qualifying and looked like his TrackHouse Racing car could wind up in the top five. That did not materialize as Suarez fell more than a second off the pace of Kyle Larson. Suarez's No. 99 car started slow and never truly recovered bleeding time on every turn. His times started to look like Ross Chastain's at one point leading to speculation that the TrackHouse cars would be going to the garage for some rear adjustments.
