Joc Pederson Breaks Home Run Drought
San Francisco Giants outfielder Joc Pederson went deep Friday night, smacking his 18th home run of the season off Colorado Rockies starting pitcher Jose Urena in a 7-4 loss. Pederson went 2-for-4 with the sixth-inning solo shot. He had not gone deep since June 25. Despite the power outage, Pederson has managed to stay productive, slashing .297/.366/.486 over his last 15 games and .254/.328/.500 for the year. Fantasy managers are certainly hoping the power will return, as that's his one standout fantasy category.
