Harold Varner III made the weekend at the PGA Championship and finished just inside the top-50. His ability to hit relatively long off the tee helped. However, his result may have been even better had it not been for the +3 on the back nine. Varner III never truly contended but was at least a factor this weekend. Given he had four weeks between appearances, this was a solid result. That was after back-to-back top-five results in April. Varner III can make birdies in bunches like in New Orleans and gains nearly 0.4 strokes around the green (16th on tour). It may be another wild and fun DFS ride with the American golfer.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
