Kris Bryant To Begin Rehab Assignment This Week
Kris Bryant (back) is scheduled to play two rehab games with the Albuquerque Isotopes at Triple-A on Tuesday and Wednesday. If all goes well, there's a chance he could rejoin the Rockies after that for the team's weekend series against the New York Mets. Bryant has been out since late April due to a back injury. He played in 15 games prior to the injury and slashed .281/.338/.351 with four RBI and 11 runs. He has yet to hit his first home run in a Rockies jersey.
