Free-agent defensive end Jerry Hughes signed an undisclosed deal with the Houston Texans on Tuesday, according to a source. Hughes has missed just one game in the last decade while recording two double-digit sack seasons and 82 tackles for loss in his career. He will also be returning home as a Houston native who starred at TCU in college. The 33-year-old veteran pass-rusher was originally the 31st overall pick by the Indianapolis Colts in 2010. He spent the first three years of his career with the Colts before spending the next nine seasons with the Buffalo Bills. Hughes hasn't had a double-digit sack season since 2014, and he had just 18 tackles (eight solo), seven QB hits and two sacks in 17 games for Buffalo in 2021.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
