St. Louis Blues defenseman Justin Faulk scored in a third consecutive game and had three points in total as the team dominated against the Islanders with a 6-1 victory on Saturday. He scored his 12th goal of the season 4:05 into the second period and added his 13th just 1:36 later. The period also featured Faulk's 27th assist of the campaign. The 30-year-old blue-liner has been very impressive lately with 11 points collected in seven games. He was only on 29 points for the year before the run started, so Faulk has managed to up his productivity a lot. In the next matchup against Boston, Faulk will have a chance to become only the fourth rearguard in Blues history to score in four consecutive games. Alex Pietrangelo did it last in 2013-14 and the four-game run is a franchise record.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
