2 years agoWinnipeg Jets defenseman Logan Stanley will miss Sunday's matchup against the Coyotes with an undisclosed injury. Head coach Dave Lowry has simply said that Winnipeg's hit machine is "a bit banged up". Ville Heinola will take Stanley's spot in the lineup. Stanley has produced 113 hits in 51 appearances this season, adding 82 blocked shots on the defensive end. Offensively, the 23-year-old has contributed with one goal and 12 assists. The Jets start next week's action on Wednesday against Buffalo, which gives Stanley plenty of time to heal and it's possible that he'll be back for that one.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
