Week 6 NFL action begins with an exciting Thursday Night Football contest between two NFC West teams with plenty of offensive weapons. In this article below, you'll see the latest NFL inactives and fantasy football injury updates tonight for the 49ers vs. Seahawks Thursday Night Football matchup in Week 6. Which injured NFL players are starting and sitting for tonight's TNF game?

Let's dive into the latest updates on George Kittle, DK Metcalf, Noah Fant, Fred Warner, Jake Moody, Chris Conley, and more ahead of tonight's contest.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

49ers Injury Report and Inactives Tonight

The San Francisco 49ers' first injury report of the week featured 10 players listed. Tight end George Kittle (ribs), wide receivers Chris Conley (oblique) and Jacob Cowing (shoulder), defensive backs Ji'Ayir Brown (ankle) and Charvarius Ward (knee), Talanoa Hufanga (wrist), and kicker Jake Moody (ankle) highlight the report.

Hufanga has been placed on Injured Reserve, while Conley and Ward are officially questionable to play. 49ers' players who have already been ruled out include Moody and defenders Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles and Jordan Elliott. Everyone else is good to go.

The team is still without Christian McCaffrey (Achilles), but it has most of its key players available for a critical Week 6 matchup.

Seahawks Injury Report and Inactives Tonight

The Seahawks usually list a ton of players on the injury report every week, and Week 6 is no different. Monday's injury report saw a whopping 15 players listed, but six of the 15 are deemed "questionable" or "out" for Thursday Night.

Defensive tackle Byron Murphy II (hamstring), linebacker Uchenna Nwosu (thigh), and cornerback Riq Woolen (ankle) will not play. Linebackers Derick Hall (foot) and Boye Mafe (knee) and safety Julian Love (hamstring) are questionable to play. Key pass-catchers DK Metcalf (hand) and Noah Fant (toe) were removed from the injury report and are good to go.
