Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 16:
Harold Fannin Jr., TE, Cleveland Browns
Cleveland Browns rookie tight end Harold Fannin Jr. is the lone bright spot in the Browns' offense heading into their Week 16 matchup against the Buffalo Bills at home. Over the last two games, the versatile tight end has 15 receptions for 162 yards and a touchdown on 25 targets. For the season, Fannin Jr. leads all Browns pass catchers in targets, receptions, yards, and touchdowns. With fellow tight end David Njoku (knee) ruled out for Week 16 and wide receiver Jerry Jeudy struggling to gain rapport with rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders, Fannin Jr. will probably continue to dominate targets and see outsized opportunities.
Fannin Jr. is going to need volume going up against the Bills' defense, which routinely limits opposing tight ends to single-digit fantasy points and is the hardest matchup for tight ends in the league. Audric Estime, RB, New Orleans Saints
Fannin Jr. is going to need volume going up against the Bills' defense, which routinely limits opposing tight ends to single-digit fantasy points and is the hardest matchup for tight ends in the league. Despite this brutal matchup and unreliable quarterback play from Sanders, Fannin Jr. is a TE1 and top-five tight end in Week 16, even with a precariously low ceiling.
Audric Estime, RB, New Orleans Saints
New Orleans Saints running back Audric Estime looks set to have a significant role in New Orleans' backfield for the Week 16 matchup at home this Sunday against the visiting New York Jets. Rookie Devin Neal (hamstring) has been ruled out, and veteran Alvin Kamara (knee, ankle) has yet to practice since spraining his MCL back in Week 12. After Neal was injured in Sunday's upset win over the Carolina Panthers, Estime and Evan Hull split the backfield work, with Estime carrying the ball three times for 11 yards and catching all three of his targets for 39 yards. Hull had four totes for 12 yards but wasn't involved in the passing game.
While Estime is worthy of a waiver-wire pickup going into Week 16's favorable matchup against the Jets, keep in mind that he had just three carries all year going into last week. Additionally, rookie quarterback Tyler Shough will continue to be a factor in the Saints' ground game, as he's had at least six carries in each of his last four starts. At best, Estime will be a low-upside, touchdown-dependent RB3/flex for desperate fantasy managers this weekend if Kamara doesn't return.
RJ Harvey, RB, Denver Broncos
While Estime is worthy of a waiver-wire pickup going into Week 16's favorable matchup against the Jets, keep in mind that he had just three carries all year going into last week. Additionally, rookie quarterback Tyler Shough will continue to be a factor in the Saints' ground game, as he's had at least six carries in each of his last four starts. At best, Estime will be a low-upside, touchdown-dependent RB3/flex for desperate fantasy managers this weekend if Kamara doesn't return.
RJ Harvey, RB, Denver Broncos
Denver Broncos rookie running back R.J. Harvey (ribs) is participating in practice on Wednesday, according to Romi Bean of CBS Colorado. Harvey picked up a rib injury late in Denver's Week 15 win over the Green Bay Packers, but he seems to have avoided a major injury that would cost him any time. Head coach Sean Payton wasn't concerned with the injury, saying that "he's doing good" and should be good to go for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Payton noted to himself after the Packers game to get Jaleel McLaughlin more touches to manage Harvey's workload, but it's promising news that the rookie won't miss any time. He's been one of the best running backs in fantasy football since taking over lead duties with J.K. Dobbins (foot) out for the year, ranking as the RB6 in PPR points per game over the past four games. Harvey will project favorably again in Week 16 versus the Jaguars. Jauan Jennings, WR, San Francisco 49ers
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings tallied two more touchdowns in Week 15 but again turned in a low-yardage game with just 37 yards against the Titans. Jennings has at least one touchdown in five of the 49ers' last six games, but is averaging 47.2 yards per game during that stretch. He could be in store for a more productive day in Week 16, when San Francisco faces the Indianapolis Colts, which has surrendered more receiving yards to slot targets than any other team.
Jennings has played out of the slot more frequently than any other receiver for San Francisco this season. If Ricky Pearsall (knee/ankle) is unable to play, then Jennings would likely see a slight bump in targets on Monday, as well. Jennings projects as a WR2 and can be plugged into starting lineups in Week 16.

Over his last three contests, Diggs has played fewer than half of the offensive snaps with just 11 targets, eight catches, 72 yards, and zero touchdowns. He ranks as the overall WR82 in full-PPR fantasy points per game during that span. It has been a frustrating stretch for a veteran receiver who had previously strung together five consecutive contests with double-digit fantasy points.
This week, he'll take on a Ravens secondary that has allowed the ninth-fewest fantasy points to slot receivers in 2025. That doesn't bode well for Diggs, who has played 49.8% of his snaps in the slot and has the 19th-most slot snaps in the NFL this year. Managers can absolutely justify benching the 32-year-old in fantasy leagues with 12 or fewer teams. He ranks as the overall WR31 in RotoBaller's latest fantasy football rankings for Week 16.
