Who Should I Pickup for Fantasy Football Week 3? Blake Corum, Elic Ayomanor, Romeo Doubs, Kayshon Boutte, Troy Franklin, Cedric Tillman, Woody Marks, Darnell Mooney, Christian Kirk, Chris Rodriguez

Blake Corum, RB, Los Angeles Rams

Los Angeles Rams running back Blake Corum carried the ball five times for 44 yards and one rushing touchdown during Sunday's Week 2 win over the Tennessee Titans. He has continued to operate as the direct backup to Kyren Williams, but this was the first time in a while were Corum himself had standalone fantasy value.

Of course, without the touchdown, Corum would have had only 4.4 fantasy points, which is not enough to justify starting him. With all this being said, perhaps the biggest indicator of Corum's growing role is his snap count. He played 18 snaps on Sunday as his snap share jumped from 17 percent in Week 1 to 30 percent in Week 2.

Corum remains an intriguing riser and one of the league's stronger handcuff options, but a non-receiving role on a 30 percent snap share isn't quite enough to justify starting him in fantasy football. He should continue to be stashed on the bench for the time being.

Elic Ayomanor, WR, Tennessee Titans

Late in the first half of Sunday's loss to the Rams, Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward connected with receiver Elic Ayomanor for what would be the first touchdown of each of their careers. The pass came on a brilliant scrambling play by Ward that saw him throw the ball nearly 50 yards across the field as Ayomanor broke open in the endzone.

On a day when Ward threw for less than 150 yards, his developing chemistry with Ayomanor was apparent, as his fellow rookie tied for the team lead in targets and receptions, and had only one fewer yard than Calvin Ridley.

The Titans have opened the year against two of the stingier defenses in the league in the Broncos and Rams. Still, their offense has shown glimpses, and with the WR2 role seemingly locked up, Ayomanor is a priority add in all league formats.

Romeo Doubs, WR, Green Bay Packers

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs appears to be the team's WR1 early in the season, particularly with wideout Jayden Reed (clavicle) set to miss multiple months with a fractured collarbone. Doubs leads Packers wide receivers in both receiving yards (96) and targets (nine).

Green Bay operates with a run-heavy approach and still has multiple talented pass-catchers even without Reed, so Doubs' week-to-week target volume could be inconsistent.

Still, he's going to be on the field a lot for an offense that should score points in bunches, giving him a fairly steady floor. Doubs should be added in all PPR-scoring fantasy leagues with 10 or more teams.

Christian Kirk, WR, Houston Texans

Houston Texans wide receiver Christian Kirk (hamstring) is "on track to return" in a Week 3 divisional matchup on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle. The Texans said earlier this week that they expected both Kirk and Braxton Berrios (hamstring) to play for the first time this season.

It's unclear right now if they'll both be removed from the final injury report or if they'll head into Sunday with a questionable designation, but either way, they should be on the field against Jacksonville. Kirk is the one that fantasy managers need to keep an eye on.

While he's not start-worthy in his debut with Houston this weekend, he will give their struggling offense a boost and is expected to see most of the snaps out of the slot when he's up to speed. Kirk's impending return is definitely bad news for rookies Jayden Higgins and Jaylin Noel.

Chris Rodriguez, RB, Washington Commanders

The Athletic's Nicki Jhabvala predicts that Washington Commanders running back Chris Rodriguez Jr. should get an opportunity to impact the field when his team lines up with the visiting Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.

Rodriguez Jr. was a healthy scratch for the team's first two contests, but Jhabvala credits that more to game-day roster construction than an indication of talent. While an accurate touch share can't be predicted, the 25-year-old figures to work in tandem with both rookie rusher Jacory Croskey-Merritt and veteran Jeremy McNichols.

As of now, Croskey-Merritt should be favored for early-down work, with McNichols handling most of the passing situations and Rodriguez Jr. mixing in for both.
