We have officially passed the quarter pole of the 2018 season, and if you blinked then you missed it! Week 4 has seen the electric passing trend continue with quarterbacks shredding defenses at a never-before-seen rate, with pass-catching RBs and deeper WR plays seeing considerable action. The below waiver pickups are listed in priority order and broken down by position. Players must be owned in less than 60% of Yahoo leagues and therefore will range from shallow options in standard leagues to deep options in PPR formats.
