Week 9 felt a bit "chalkier" than other recent NFL slates, with many big names going off and very few lower-owned players coming on to vulture touchdowns from the big guns. There also weren't any notable injuries (as of Sunday evening), so the waiver wire will consist more of underappreciated assets rather than replacements.
