Top 90 Second Base (2B) Fantasy Baseball Rankings: Roto Leagues - March Updates

Matt McLain - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Draft Sleepers, MLB Injury News

Updated fantasy baseball second base (2B) rankings for 2025 roto league drafts, as of March. Read our top 90 tiered 2B rankings for fantasy baseball drafts.

The 2025 MLB season begins with the Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago Cubs playing in Tokyo, and we're ready for it all. Baseball is back, and we are here to help prepare you for your upcoming drafts with more fantasy baseball rankings. Today, we review our MLB team's updated 2025 fantasy baseball second base rankings and tiers for roto leagues (5x5 category mixed leagues).

Los Angeles Dodgers infielder/outfielder Mookie Betts is the only second baseman in our ranks in the top 25 overall and a late first-round selection. The 32-year-old has multi-eligibility and slashed .289/.372/.491 with 19 home runs, 75 RBI, 75 runs, and 16 steals over 516 plate appearances last season. Cincinnati Reds infielder Matt McLain has been one of the more hyped second basemen this offseason and is backing it up with a solid spring by hitting .300 (9-for-30) with a home run and three RBI over 10 games. Find out where McLain and other key 2B are ranked below.

The second base rankings below are specifically designed for traditional roto leagues (5x5 categories), put together by MLB team lead Nick Mariano. We also have many other rankings for various league formats, and 17 different rankings types to choose from. Some of the most popular ones are highlighted below.
