It's August 15, which means that we're 45 days away from the end of the MLB regular season. Teams can now call up their top prospects while maintaining their prospect eligibility going into next season (presuming they don't allow them to go over the at-bats or innings-pitched threshold).

I expect (and am hopeful) that we'll get a decent number of call-ups this weekend to add some juice to fantasy baseball for the stretch run of the season.

Let's look at a few top prospects to stash for Week 21 of the fantasy baseball season.

Samuel Basallo, C/1B - Baltimore Orioles

Nick Kurtz and Roman Anthony consistently topped my list of prospects to stash, dominating the top slots for weeks at the beginning and middle of the season. Still, no one has had the unfortunate honor of being here as much as Samuel Basallo. Hopefully, it will be the last time I write about him for this series this week.

Basallo is one of the top prospects in baseball, and he's mashing in Triple-A at just 20 years old (well, he turned 21 earlier this week). He has a 154 WRC+ with 23 HRs on the season and a solid approach at the plate.

We should just schedule home run posts for Basallo at this point. That's 23 homers for him this season!

Basallo is the minor leaguer with the most significant potential to make an impact for fantasy this season, especially given his catcher eligibility. He probably won't play much catcher when he gets called up, but he will provide a lot of power and should be rostered in all leagues.

Dylan Beavers, OF, Baltimore Orioles

As the Orioles have been playoff contenders the last few seasons, it has been a little bit more excusable how much they've jerked around their top hitting prospects.

However, this year, given how much the team has struggled, it's pretty crazy how unwilling they've still been to give playing time opportunities in the majors to their top prospects. I've obviously been banging the drum about Basallo for months, but Dylan Beavers has been quietly really good this season.

At Triple-A this season, Beavers has a 152 WRC+ with 18 HRs and 22 SBs. He's also walking almost as often as he's striking out. Beavers realistically should've been up after the Orioles traded outfielders Cedric Mullins and Ramon Laureano at the Trade Deadline, but I suppose it's fair that they wanted two bites at the Rookie of the Year apple next season with him and Basallo.

When Beavers gets the call, he has a great all-around profile that can make an impact for both category and points formats.

Kristian Campbell, 2B/SS/OF, Boston Red Sox

Unlike most of the other prospects on this list, the Red Sox are not manipulating Kristian Campbell's prospect status by keeping him in the minors, as he's already spent a good amount of time in the majors this season.

Campbell is starting to heat up in Triple-A, suggesting that he can have a significant role in Boston if he returns during the stretch run.

While Campbell's first stint in the majors ended with a bit of disappointment, you can tell he's chomping at the bit to get back to Boston. When he does, I expect a solid all-around offensive profile and some flashes of what made him one of the top prospects in baseball coming into the season.

Justin Crawford, OF, Philadelphia Phillies

Dave Dombrowski is known for being a "turn over every rock to try and help the team win" kind of GM. He demonstrated that at the trade deadline by making an aggressive trade for Jhoan Duran.

Now he should demonstrate it by calling up the Phillies' top hitting prospect, Justin Crawford. The Phillies' pitching has been very good for most of the season, but the offense is lacking a bit of a spark, and the team is getting minimal production from their outfield.

Crawford could provide that spark with his blazing speed and above-average hit tool. At Triple-A this season, he has a 131 WRC+ with 37 SBs. He is also striking out only 18.2 percent of the time while walking 12.2 percent of the time.

Crawford is an imperfect offensive prospect in that he hits the ball on the ground A LOT, so we shouldn't expect many homers from him. However, he could potentially have a Chandler Simpson-esque average and stolen base impact to the Phillies and our fantasy lineups if called up.

Sal Stewart, 3B/2B, Cincinnati Reds

The Reds' lineup this season has been a revolving door of below-average to slightly above-average bats around Elly De La Cruz. Sal Stewart could be one of their best bats right away if he's called up to the majors.

Stewart has been excellent this year in the upper minors at only 21 years old. He had 10 HRs, 13 SBs, and a 147 WRC+ across 329 PAs in Double-A and has been even better since getting the bump to Triple-A. In Triple-A, he has 6 HRs with a 175 WRC+ across 100 PAs. He has also displayed a solid hit tool, walking 8.6 percent of the time while only striking out 14.7 percent of the time.

I wish the Reds hadn't traded for Ke'Bryan Hayes at the deadline, essentially blocking third base from Stewart this year and into the future. However, the Reds should find a place for Stewart's bat in the lineup if they're serious about competing for a playoff spot. If Stewart gets the call, he will provide solid power and average while hitting in the heart of the Reds' lineup.
