The following are the transcripts from the RotoBaller Live Chat that took place on June 17th, 2013.  RotoBaller staff expert Ryan Rufe (@RyanRufe) talks fantasy baseball, waiver wire, trades and more with some RotoBaller.com readers.

As always, you can get some LIVE quick hit advice in RotoBaller’s fantasy baseball advice chat room.  Let’s win some leagues!

13:24Ryan Rufe - RotoBaller.com

Hey Rotoballers, I'm available to chat for the next 20 minutes or so. Got any questions for me?

13:28Baller - Mohamed

Ryan - what do you do with Marte in daily leagues this week?

unsure if the at bats yesterday mean hes starting again or still dtd for a few

13:29Ryan Rufe - RotoBaller.com

@Mohamed - It was encouraging that Marte saw time in last night's game. Just keep an eye on the MLB lineups that are posted a few hours before each game to see if he's in there or not.

13:30Baller - Brooks

ive got Brown, Cuddyer, Blanks, Stanton, Agone, (Crawford on DL)..... is it worth dropping one of those (maybe Agone) for BJ Upton..... other than dingers, I need help in offense

13:31Ryan Rufe - RotoBaller.com

@Brooks - I wouldn't drop any of those guys for BJ Upton. Your offense could get worse!

13:31Baller - Mohamed

Rotoinfo not saying anything about Marte yet

13:31Ryan Rufe - RotoBaller.com

@Mohamed - It's still early. Start looking around 4pm or so.

13:32Baller - Mohamed

is the safe play just incase i dont get back to it this evening before game time just to leave him on bench?

13:33Ryan Rufe - RotoBaller.com

Because he saw time last night, I'd probably start him. If he ends up sitting, it's only one game.

13:33Baller - Celina

I have Valverde and Cishek is available. Should I drop him for Cishek or hold on to him?

13:33Baller - Brooks

i also have altuve who just sits on my bench - (kendrick my 2b) - BJ has been hitting better over the past week

DET likely to trade for experienced closer, right?

13:35Baller - Louvenia

Would u offer Cashner for Teheran?

13:36Baller - Mohamed

Leake vs Pit, Corbin vs MIA either a sit?

13:36Ryan Rufe - RotoBaller.com

@Celina - I think Valverede keeps the job until he has 1 or 2 more blowups. That said, I'd feel a little more secure with Cisek right now. See if Putz is available. Might be worth a flier.

@Brooks - I still prefer Altuve over BJ Upton.

13:36Baller - Brooks

thx

13:37Ryan Rufe - RotoBaller.com

@Louvenia - I prefer Cashner slightly right now bc we don't know what will happen with Teheran when Beachy returns. I might do it if it's a keeper league though.

13:37Baller - Alvaro

Should I start Josh Hamilton, Starling Marte or Wil Myers this week?

13:38Ryan Rufe - RotoBaller.com

@Mohamed - You should start both.

@Alvaro - Hamilton

13:39Baller - Mohamed

Pineda > or < Eram ros when they arrive?

13:39Baller - Louvenia

Thanks, its keeper

13:39Ryan Rufe - RotoBaller.com

@Mohamed - Probably Pineda but I REALLY like Erasmo Ramirez.

13:41Baller - Brooks

blanks or myers.... i say myers

13:41Ryan Rufe - RotoBaller.com

@Brooks - I'm not as high on Myers as everyone else is. I'd probably go with Blanks.

13:42Baller - Mei

Start Hudsen, Leake, or Wood today? all available on Waivers

* Tim Hudson

13:42Baller - Brooks

leake

13:42Ryan Rufe - RotoBaller.com

I'd probably start Leake.

13:43Baller - Brooks

leake been really good as of late and has great offense behind him

13:43Baller - Claudette

Any thoughts on Kendrys Morales and Josh Willingham. I am about to shop them....should I?

13:44Baller - Mei

ok cool thank you

13:44Baller - Claudette

5X5 H2H.....

13:44Ryan Rufe - RotoBaller.com

@Claudette - Willingham doesn't have much trade value right now, as he's banged up. Morales isn't a very exciting trade chip either. Depends what you're looking to acquire in return.

13:45Baller - Claudette

either a trade to get a hot current bat or simply drop for someone like Rasmus who is on the wire

13:45Baller - Brooks

im not high at all on Rasmus

13:46Ryan Rufe - RotoBaller.com

@Claudette - I doubt you'd get a hot bat for either Kendrys or Willingham and I prefer both players to Rasmus.

13:46Baller - Brooks

lots of wasted talent

13:46Baller - Hobert

Stephen Strasburg for Mike Minor if you have Mike Minor?

13:46Baller - Claudette

Asdrubal Cabrera should be returning soon, worth the pick up? i drafted him then dropped for neil walker

Keep Strasburg

13:47Baller - Hobert

I was offered that.

I have Minor.

13:47Ryan Rufe - RotoBaller.com

@Hobert - Minor has been excellent this year. I really like the adjustments he has made, but yes, I would trade him for Strasburg.

@Claudette - Seems Asdrubal is still a few weeks away but he's worth the pick up. You probably should have never dropped him in the first place.

13:49Baller - Claudette

Good insight, thanks for the input Ryan

i dropped him since we have 1 DL spot and i have Pablo (the panda) and Puttz

13:51Ryan Rufe - RotoBaller.com

Alright guys, I've gotta run. Some great questions today! I'll be back tomorrow to field more of them.
