Aaron Jones Injury Update
Jones (hamstring) has been placed on injured reserve and will miss at least four weeks. The majority of his volume should be passed off to Jordan Mason, who was already one of the most appealing handcuffs in fantasy football. Now, he'll step into an every-down role, ranking as a mid-range RB2 in fantasy football.

Austin Ekeler Injury Update
An MRI confirmed that Ekeler tore his Achilles during Thursday Night Football against the Packers. The Commanders already had a subpar backfield, and the situation now becomes even murkier with the veteran running back done for the year. A combination of Jacory Croskey-Merritt, Chris Rodriguez Jr., and Jeremy McNichols will share Ekeler's volume going forward.

Tyjae Spears Injury Update
Spears (ankle) might return as soon as he's eligible to be activated off injured reserve in Week 5. The Titans could certainly benefit from a running back upgrade over Kalel Mullings, and Spears would serve as a very nice complement to Tony Pollard. He would have low-end RB3/flex appeal upon his return.

Jaylen Wright Injury Update
Wright (knee) has been a limited participant in back-to-back practices. At this point, it seems there is a very strong chance that the young running back will be active for his season debut against the Bills on Thursday night. If so, he'd operate as the direct backup to De'Von Achane and would be worth stashing on the bench in most fantasy leagues.

Rasheen Ali Injury Update
Ali suffered a concussion during Sunday's win over the Browns. The 24-year-old exited during the first quarter before he could register a touch. Keaton Mitchell, who has been a healthy scratch through the first two weeks, will likely be active in Ali's absence on Monday night.

Kyle Juszczyk Injury Update
Juszczyk suffered a concussion during Sunday's win over the Saints. The 49ers continue to deal with major injuries on the offensive side of the ball. Specifically, San Francisco is down two key blockers in Juszczyk and George Kittle (hamstring), as well as quarterback Brock Purdy (shoulder).
