ANALYSIS: Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice had several off-field legal issues during the offseason, which made it difficult to project his fantasy production. While Rice could eventually face a suspension for his off-field actions, fantasy managers should feel confident putting him in their lineup as he should continue to serve as the alpha wideout in Kansas City for the time being.
