Casey Wilson's top DraftKings and FanDuel MLB DFS picks for today, Saturday, 3/28/26. His favorite daily fantasy baseball lineup sleepers and value picks for DFS on DraftKings and FanDuel.
We have our first weekend games of the MLB regular season, which means we have split slates. This article will focus on the seven-game main slate. If you want some more data on the earlier games, be sure to check out my model.
We have a cold front on the East Coast, which will make for some favorable pitching conditions for many spots on tonight's slate. Same as it will be late in the season to target hitting when it gets warm, we will focus on pitching when it's cold. Today's article will help us lean into some pitching in nice matchups and favorable conditions.
This article will provide my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 3/28/2026, with the slate starting at 7:10 p.m. ET. The lineup picks will showcase elite players, mid-priced options, and value plays. You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports here. Monitoring injury news and today's MLB starting lineups is always essential.
DraftKings, FanDuel - MLB DFS Top Pitcher
Bryan Woo, SP - SEA ($9.5K DK/$10.4K FD)
I don't normally like paying up for pitching early in the season, but on tonight's slate, the clear option is Bryan Woo, and frankly, it's not close. Woo in 2025 posted a 3.33 xFIP, 27.1% K%, 12.4% SwStr%, and a 0.93 WHIP. In the second half of the season, he was even better, pitching to a 2.76 xFIP, 31.4% K%, 13.2% SwStr%, and a 0.92 WHIP.

The Guardians' last season against RHP posted a 22.1% K%, .679 OPS, and a 90 wRC+. It will be in the 50s at T-Mobile Park tonight, which still has open air, although they have a retractable roof, making these favorable pitching conditions.
I will be loading up on Woo on a pitching slate that lacks an elite option.
DraftKings, FanDuel - MLB DFS Top Stack
Los Angeles Dodgers (Model Stack Grade- 214) vs. Eduardo Rodriguez
On a slate that has some cold weather and tough-hitting conditions, why not target the best offense in baseball on the West Coast? The Dodgers will square off against Eduardo Rodríguez, who posted a 4.44 xFIP, 1.54 WHIP, 1.46 HR/9, and a 41.1% FB% in 2025.
The Dodgers were elite against southpaws last season, posting a .764 OPS and a 111 wRC+. E Rod was hit hard by both sides of the plate but allowed 20 HRs to RHH in 2025. The Dodgers' best bats are LHH, but they will send six righties to the plate, and five of them had over a .711 OPS against the split last season.
I will gladly load up on the best offense in baseball as my top stack tonight.
Favorite Stack: Teoscar Hernandez, Will Smith, Kyle Tucker, Miguel Rojas
DraftKings, FanDuel - MLB DFS Top Hitter
Vinnie Pasquantino, 1B - KCR ($4.6K DK/$3.2K FD)
I love targeting Vinnie P against RHP, and tonight we get him in an elite spot against a weathered Reynaldo Lopez. In 2025, Pasquantino slashed .281/.344/.511 with a .855 OPS and 26 HRs. Pasquantino hits the four-seam fastball and slider very well, which will be the main arsenal for Lopez. Load up on Pasquantino tonight.
