Columbus Blue Jackets defenseman Zach Werenski tallied a goal and an assist during their victory over the Seattle Kraken on Thursday evening. Werenski found the back of the net in the second period on a wrist shot. Later in the frame, he would tally the primary assist on Kent Johnson's 11th goal of the season. This performance extended his point streak to four games. Werenski has only been held off the scoresheet twice over his past ten contests. During this span, he has tallied 17 points (three goals, 14 helpers), averaged five shots on goal per game, and averaged just over two blocks per game. Fantasy managers should continue to view the 27-year-old as a must-start defenseman in all formats and a great play in DFS, given his ability to contribute offensively and block shots.--Andy Smith
