Zach Hyman Notches 13th Postseason Goal
7 months agoEdmonton Oilers winger Zach Hyman scored his 13th postseason goal of the year on Monday, opening the scoring in a 5-3 defeat to Dallas. He became the fourth active player with at least 13 goals through 15 games in a postseason, joining Mark Scheifele (14 in 2018), Evander Kane (13 in 2022), and Sidney Crosby (13 in 2009). Hyman has failed to light the lamp just once in his last five appearances. With three assists also on his account, Hyman has matched his career high for most postseason points in a year with 16. Following Monday's Game 3 loss, he will have at least two more chances to grow his tally.
